I interpret the term LINK as a connection in a social context. The social and personal life is built on various relationships. At this point I refer to the statements of various psychoanalysts, such as Peter Fonagy and his understanding of Mentalization. His theory indicates that a secure relationship is a condition for developing an understanding of ourselves and others. I look at myself as a link between people who play a role in my life (family, friends, relationship partners). Through personal experience, I have my own individual associationlinks (my own personal perceptions, feelings or ideas), which I try to express with my project.  

I tried to come closer to what has shaped my character and took influence as part of the creative process. At this point I tried to handle negative memories by pulling positive conclusions from my experiences. I tried to face my inner fears by realizing them and then getting over them. In my opinion the past is (conscious or unconscious) connected with the present and also takes a big influence on everyones personal future. Emotions are also influenced through the subconscious mind and „it is like listening to a distant or quiet conversation“ if you try to comprehend or understand those feelings, but by having social contacts you sometimes get a different perspective on yourself that helps you time after time to understand yourself better - piece by piece.
