Why waste time? For what purpose? Who has time to waste time? Time is in short supply. Or at least that is what we think. Time-saving techniques and tools such as high speed trains, microwaves, pressure cookers, mobile phones, to-do lists, & time planners do not really help. Acts of wasting time can be practised anywhere and at any time with no support. One could define them as exercises in busyness, as deliberate slow-down movements. This magazine is a manual to discover wasting time as a positive alternative to using one's own time. Each page delivers an exercise, with which one can waste a moment. These exercises can be practised anywhere and at any time. Just use the means and materials at hand in the very moment. Use the individual page to start tinkering here and now. Have a lovely waste of time!
