Stop designing and start thinking
Five Years of What Design Can Do have shown what design is capable of in numerous ways. Design is a force to change, and change is badly needed right now. 15 students of the Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) were visiting the conference »What design can do« in Amsterdam from 21st to 22nd of May 2015. The HfG-group was also visiting the Stedlijk Museum. What Design Can Do is an international platform about the power of design. WDCD promote design as a catalyst of change and renewal and a way of addressing the societal questions of our time. WDCD do this by means of this blog, by organizing live events such as a conference, exhibitions, workshops, a filmfestival and by sharing our findings in various media.
